Registration & KYC

• All personal and contact details must be accurate and up to date.
• You must provide required personal information as per regulations.
• Services start only after KYC completion.
• Service tenure will be applicable as per the selected package.
• Services will be rendered only after receiving complete KYC credentials.

Services & Trading Policy

• No Guaranteed Service: We do not provide guaranteed returns or profit-sharing services.
• Stop Loss: Clients must follow stop-loss strictly. Deviations are at your own risk.
• Execution: Clients should follow all recommendations consistently for better results.
• Risk Warning: Market investments are subject to risk. Avoid taking loans for trading.

Payment & Fees

Subscription fees must be paid in advance. By making payment, the client confirms consent. Profit or loss from trading is solely the client’s responsibility.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are only for unused subscription periods.
• Calculated on pro-rata basis after deductions.
• No refunds for services already rendered.
• Contact support for assistance.

Communication & Security

• Consent: You agree to receive calls, SMS, and emails (even under DND).
• Official Channels: Only trust official communication channels.
• Security: Never share your DEMAT login credentials.

Liability & Indemnification

All services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Intake Research does not guarantee accuracy or timeliness of information and is not liable for delays or interruptions due to technical issues.

You agree to indemnify Intake Research against any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from misuse of services.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
